Data deletion
You can ask MTRX to delete the personal data we hold about you. It is free, and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask

Tell us your name, the phone number of your account and, if the request is about an order, the order number. We need to be sure the request comes from you, so we may call or send an SMS to the phone number on the account, or ask you to write from the e-mail address on the account, before we delete anything.
We will answer within 30 days; usually it is much sooner.
What we delete
- Your account: name, phone number, e-mail, address, password, bonus points and stars, likes.
- Contact messages, callback requests and unfinished chat checkouts that carry your name or phone number.
- Your name, phone number and address on past orders, and your uploaded receipts and photos, wherever we no longer need them.
What we may keep, and why
We may keep the order itself (what was sold, when, and for how much) and its payment receipt if we still need it for the warranty or for our bookkeeping, without linking it to your account. We will tell you exactly what stays and why when we answer your request.
Backups and other companies
- Our daily backups are deleted after 14 days, so your data disappears from them within 14 days of the deletion.
- SMS messages that were already sent cannot be taken back; the SMS service (GoSMS) and Telegram keep their own records under their own rules. We delete our copies of the order messages.
- The AI assistant's text is not stored by us; it was sent to Groq to produce the answer.
- Comments and reviews you posted: tell us and we will remove them or the name on them.
