Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data MTRX collects through this website, why, who else gets to see it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We wrote it from what the site actually does. If something here is unclear, ask us: 555 33 84 29 or Masterge88@gmail.com.
Who we are
MTRX, 15 St. Nino St., Lagodekhi. We run this website, and we decide what data it collects and how it is used.
What we collect and why
- Account. Name and phone number (the phone number is your login), an optional e-mail and address, and a password (we store only a scrambled form of it, never the password itself). We also keep your bonus points and stars. Used to log you in, to take and deliver your orders and to contact you.
- Orders. What you ordered, the total, the delivery address, your note, the payment method and the order status. If you pay by bank transfer, the receipt image or PDF you upload. Used to fulfil the order, confirm your payment and look after warranty questions.
- Service requests. The device, the description of the problem, your phone number and, if you attach one, a photo.
- Contact messages and callback requests. Your name, phone number and message. If you ask the AI assistant to have a person call you, the question you wrote and your phone number are saved so we can call back.
- Messages about your order. The SMS and Telegram messages we send you about an order (text, time, delivery result and SMS cost) are kept with the order.
- Comments and reviews. What you write and the name on your account. These are shown publicly on the site once approved.
- Technical data. Your IP address is used to limit abuse (for example, too many login attempts). That counter lives only in the server's memory and is gone when the server restarts. The web server also writes a standard log (IP address, time, page, browser) that we use for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
session— keeps you logged in, 30 days.cart— your shopping cart, 30 days.lang— the language you chose, 1 year.promo_code— a promo code you applied, 7 days.chat_rl— counts messages to the AI assistant to prevent abuse; it is a session cookie, normally removed when you close the browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser; then login and the cart will not work.
The AI assistant
Text you type into the chat window (with the earlier messages of the same conversation) is sent to Groq, the company that runs the AI model, to produce an answer. We do not keep the conversation on our server, except what you leave for a callback (see above). Please do not type payment details, passwords or other sensitive data into the chat; you do not need to — orders are placed on the order and checkout pages.
Who else receives your data
We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising. These companies process data for us or because you load their content:
- Hetzner — the servers that host the site and its database, uploaded photos and receipt files.
- Cloudflare — DNS for our domain (it tells browsers where the site is).
- GoSMS — sends the SMS messages about your orders; it receives your phone number and the text of the message.
- Telegram — our team receives new orders and bank-transfer receipts there (name, phone, address, order, receipt image). If you connect Telegram on your order page, we also send you order updates there.
- Groq — the AI assistant's text, as described above.
- Google — the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google map. Like any site that embeds them, this lets Google see your IP address and browser details when those parts load.
Only our own staff with an account on the site or access to our Telegram bot can see orders and customer details.
Location
The site does not use your device's location. The only addresses we have are the ones you type yourself (delivery or service address), which we use to deliver or to come to you. The map on the contact page shows where our office is.
How long we keep data
- Account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Orders, their messages and receipts: we do not delete them automatically. We keep them for as long as we need them for the order, the warranty and our bookkeeping; when you ask for deletion we remove or detach what we do not need (see the data deletion page).
- Contact messages and callback requests: until we delete them or you ask us to.
- AI chat text: not stored by us.
- Backups: a copy of the database, uploaded photos and receipts is made every day and each copy is deleted after 14 days. So data you asked us to delete disappears from the backups within 14 days.
- Server logs: kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored scrambled, receipt files are kept in a folder that the website does not serve publicly, and access is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Changes
If we change what the site does with your data we will update this page and its date.
