Terms of use
These are the rules for using the MTRX website: the shop, the service requests, the news and the AI assistant. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: 555 33 84 29 or Masterge88@gmail.com. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Your account
Give true details (name, phone number, address) and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may switch an account off if it is used to abuse the site or other people.
Orders
- An order you place is a request. It becomes an accepted order when we confirm it to you (you will see the status change on the order page, and we may also send an SMS or Telegram message).
- Prices are shown in lari (₾). Stock and prices can change, and mistakes happen; if something on your order is wrong or unavailable we will contact you before going ahead.
- For service work (repairs, installations) the final price is agreed with you after we have looked at the problem.
- We use the phone number and address you give us to contact you, to deliver, or to come to you.
Payment
You can pay in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. For a bank transfer, the details are shown on your order page; after you transfer, upload the receipt there. We check the payment ourselves and tell you when it is confirmed (or if something is wrong with the receipt).
Warranty
The warranty period, where there is one, is shown on the product page. Ask us if you want it confirmed for your order.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant is an automated program. It can make mistakes, it does not give binding prices, and it does not accept or change orders — those are done by our team through the order pages or by a person you speak to. Do not type sensitive data into the chat.
Comments and reviews
What you post is shown publicly with your name, after we have looked at it. Write honestly and politely. We may remove posts that are abusive, unlawful or not about the subject.
Content of the site
The texts, photos and design of the site belong to MTRX or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
Availability
We try to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.
Changes
We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date.
